"Apartment applications soon available"

"Oakland University students may begin applying in January to live in the new student apartments, which will combine the freedom of independent living with the conveniences of campus life. Construction of the apartments, located on Meadow Brook Drive across from the upper playing fields, is on schedule to meet an August 2002 completion."
