Abstract

"Oakland University demonstrated during 2003 that it is a university of distinction through its quality educational programs; research opportunities; student, faculty and staff accomplishments; partnerships; cultural offerings; and campus and student services growth. As the university looks forward to 2004, the accomplishments of the past year also are remembered.
