Abstract
"As part of the new parking structure construction, a water line must be installed across Pioneer Road to provide a fire hydrant near the parking structure. To complete the excavation and installation of the water line, Pioneer Road will be closed to through traffic from Wednesday, Aug. 28, to Thursday, Aug. 29."
