"OU computer science doctoral student Mingkun Li was one of just two students to receive a travel award from IBM to cover expenses for participating in the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) Multimedia 2003 Conference, held Nov. 2-8 in Berkeley, Calif. The $400 Student Travel Award was given by the IBM TJ Watson Research Center."
