"Through discount opportunities and special event initiatives tailored by Rochester merchants to attract OU students, faculty and staff, there is good reason to visit downtown Rochester for savings opportunities and fun. Oakland University/Downtown Rochester static decal window stickers have been distributed to stores and restaurants to place in both their front windows and on cash registers."
