Abstract

"Darlene Schott-Baer embraces the challenge of developing creative programs to attract students to the School of Nursing and prepare them for future careers in nursing. She was one of the first to volunteer to develop and teach two courses for the RN to BSN completion program that is offered completely online. She also provides mentorship to faculty who are new to the development of online courses."
