Abstract

"Oakland University is hosting the Pontiac-OU AVID Summer Institute this week on campus where seventh grade students from the Pontiac School District will spend most of the week living on campus, learning math skills in algebra they will need this fall, enhancing their writing skills and sampling the college experience."
