Howlett appointed to University Attorney, gifts and grants totaling $931,594 accepted by Board of Trustees, 1971-72 budget of $15,845,169 approved, 7.6 to 8.1 percent pay raises approved for staff, planning and engineering work approved for remodeling and resurfacing on campus, Wilson Weekend festivities planned with dinner ticket price of $3.50, Patricia Widmayer to present a paper in Dearborn, Philip Singer published a paper.
