"Dennis Weaver to speak at lecture series"

"Actor Dennis Weaver will speak at Macomb's Town Hall Lecture Series on Tuesday, Oct. 19, at 11 a.m. at the Ukranian Cultural Center, 26601 Ryan Road, Warren, Mich. Weaver's lecture, 'A Man of Action,' will benefit the Oakland University Scholarship Committee. Weaver won an Emmy Award in 1959 for his portrayal of Chester on the television series 'Gunsmoke' and starred in other popular shows, including 'Gentle Ben' and 'McCloud.'"
