Abstract

Friends and acquaintances have opined that the corporation, oriented to make profits, is inherently evil. Such comments led me to read the book, The Corporation, by a Canadian law professor, Joel Bakan, and to view the movie of the same name, both of which described the corporation as constructed to be evil.
