"U.S. Navy secretary receives honorary degree"

"Gordon England, secretary of the Navy, received an honorary Doctor of Science degree when he spoke at OU's School of Engineering and Computer Science and School of Business Administration graduation ceremony. Nearly 1,500 students also received their diplomas during ceremonies held Dec. 20 at the Recreation and Athletics Center."
