"Recognized by students and colleagues for her excellence in teaching, Ambika Bhargava connects research to classroom practice, utilizes a variety of teaching methods and displays professionalism and support when helping students achieve high standards of success. She has taken the lead in developing a practicum for early childhood graduate students in cooperation with the staff from the Lowry Center for Early Childhood Education contributing greatly to the university's mission of providing quality professional education to teachers in the metro Detroit area."
