"At the Dec. 3 Board of Trustees formal meeting, which was held via teleconference, the trustees approved the items on the consent agenda, which included awarding an honorary degree to Sen. Carl Levin; the Golf and Learning Center operating budget for fiscal years ending Dec. 31, 2004, 2005 and 2006; and amendments to the personnel manual to combine all administrative professional and individual contract employees into a single employee group"
