"OU's Board of Trustees is considering a proposal to contract for pre-construction services as well as a construction contract with a construction manager and general contractor to expand the Oakland Center. Vice President for Finance and Administration Lynne Schaefer, who presented the proposals to the board at its working session May 1, also asked that the board approve the schematic design for the project at its June 5 voting session."
