"Oakland University will celebrate the rich cultural heritage of African-Americans in a reception titled "The Souls of Black Folk ??¼ The Celebration Continues." The event is Wednesday, Feb. 19, from noon to 1 p.m. in the Oakland Center's Fireside Lounge."
