"Oakland University and the City of Rochester announced a formal agreement to partner on a variety of reciprocal business and academic ventures during an official signing in downtown Rochester on Oct. 15. Oakland University President Gary D. Russi and Rochester Mayor Karen Lewis both signed the agreement and discussed details. Rochester merchants and businesses will partner with OU students and faculty in joint educational and cultural programming"
