"Erica Kennedy, a musical theatre major at Oakland University, was recently named Miss Congeniality in the 2017 Miss Michigan Scholarship Pageant. The award, which comes with a $500 scholarship, is given to the contestant voted by her peers as "friendliest or most welcoming."
