"The Oakland University Board of Trustees will meet Wednesday, Sept. 10, at 2 p.m. in Elliott Hall Auditorium. The meeting will begin with a brief formal session for the approval of the amendment to Oakland University's fiscal year 2004 general fund budget and tuition and fee rate schedule."
