"Heart Walk to draw about 25,000, roads close for event"

"On Saturday, Oct. 2, Oakland University will host the largest Heart Walk in America, with an estimated 25,000 people expected to participate. Participants will begin arriving at the Meadow Brook Music Festival parking area at about 7 a.m. The event begins at 9 a.m. A few roads will be closed during the event to help provide a safe and secure route for the walkers"
