Abstract
"William Keane joined the faculty of Oakland University in 1994 after a distinguished career in public school teaching and administration at all levels. Prior to Oakland, Keane served as superintendent of the Oakland Intermediate School District (ISD), during which he was twice honored for his service to the Metropolitan Detroit Bureau of School Studies."
