The double garage door at the right is electronically controlled and the front porch is faced with vertical white clapboard for a trim note. One strip of wrought iron grill work provides a support post for the recessed porch and also adds decorative interest. There is also a spacious outdoor porch (to be screened for warm weather living) and a | two-car garage with electronic- ally controlled doors. — . * * td] They also selected. such per- manent features for their home as: 1. All marble window sills. 2. Aluminum framed wigdows with attached screens with the glass in two panes eliminating the steaming problems. 3. A peninsglar fireplace which forms the central wal] of the house and extends into the kitch- en as a partial wall. 4. Ceramic tile for both bath- room walls’and floors. The exterior of the Henderson house has a white clapboard sec- tion framing the front entrance. The front of the.house measures 70 feet with a depth of 24 feet. The fireplace wall, done in Roman brick, has a two-way opening making it possible to have the one fire serve both the living room and the dining room.
