Jerry Fulk told the story to Ed-

after he was picked up near Paris,

BODY IN FIELD.
The father, Clifford W. Fulk, 38,
was found in a field about 250 feet
from the home, riddled with
bullets.
Police quoted the boy as say-
ing he shot his father because he
“drank too much, left his moth-

food, beat him and refused te
buy his school supplies.”
Jerry, a seventh grade pupil,
said: “I never made good grades
in school because he wouldn't buy
my notebooks.” _—

“The study should commence
about Oct. 1 and will take several
months to accomplish, and I

| Another phase that needs correc-

ithe State Civil Service Act, under
which both the police and fire de-

of the people. |

Willman said his personal criti-

‘The suspended officer is entitled
to a hearing before the Civil Serv-
